Symptoms
Misfire on one cylinder, reduced power, unbalanced exhaust temperatures, misfire alarm on DIA.NE.
Probable causes
- Worn spark plug
- Faulty coil or HT lead
- Cylinder gas valve (LEANOX) out of adjustment
- Incorrect valve clearance
Solution
Replace the spark plug and check the coil and lead, check the cylinder gas valve and the LEANOX setting, and check valve clearance as per the Jenbacher manual.
